Your heart is not a quiet passenger riding behind your mind. It is the most powerful generator in your body. Its electromagnetic field is far larger than your brain's, reaching past your skin, out into the room, touching everyone near you. And moment to moment, your heart sends more messages up to your brain than your brain sends down to it. The heart speaks first. The mind listens.
So what would change if you finally lived from there?
Most of us were trained to run our lives from the head: to think our way through, to keep the heart guarded, managed, quiet. Last month, with Angelica, we cleared the field and drew a gentle boundary. We made ourselves safe.

Then Dayana leads the practice: she shares the properties of Rose as a sacred oil, guides us in making our two take-home blends (a body oil and a massage lotion), and moves us through gentle massage and meditation to open and inhabit the heart, dropping out of the head and into the body's wisdom. We close in stillness, with space for your questions, and the full replay is yours to keep.

Do I need to own Rose to attend?
Not at all. Any rose oil you have will work beautifully, and even without one, you'll receive the benefits of the full practice, teaching, and experience.
What if I can't come live?

It's spiritual but open-handed. We draw on ancient traditions with reverence, and everything is offered; nothing is required to believe. Come as you are.
