We begin with a thorough conversation about your health history, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. There is no rush and no pressure.

From there, we move into hands-on or movement-based work tailored specifically to you. Sessions are gentle, trauma-aware, and designed to help your nervous system feel safe enough to let go.
