privacy policy
Your information, held with care.
How Dayana, Inc. collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us through this site.
Last updated · May 2026
Dayana, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and related services. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit dayana.io, book a session, take the pathway quiz, or join the ONE membership, how we use that information, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need and to keep it safe.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us. This includes:
- Application & booking forms. Name, email address, phone number, location, age range, and the health, somatic, and goal information you choose to share when you apply to work with Dayana directly.
- Pathway quiz responses. Your answers, your name, and your email address so we can deliver your personalized results PDF.
- Membership account information. If you join the ONE membership through Kajabi, account information (name, email, billing) is processed by Kajabi under their own privacy policy.
- Communications. Email, phone, and voice-message content you send us when you reach out.
We also collect limited information automatically:
- Usage data. Pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location (city/region inferred from IP), browser type, and device type.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Used to keep the site functional, remember your cookie consent choices, and (where you opt in) measure aggregate analytics.
How we use your information
We use the information you share with us to:
- Respond to your application and schedule sessions.
- Deliver your pathway-quiz results and the related email follow-up.
- Provide and manage your ONE membership and access to recorded content.
- Send you transactional communications about sessions you have booked.
- Send occasional educational emails or practice updates if you have asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Improve the site, the practice, and the experience of working together.
- Comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your health or somatic information with third parties for marketing.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers we rely on to run the practice, and only as much as they need to do their job. These include:
- Hosting and infrastructure (Netlify, Supabase, Railway).
- Email delivery and customer support tooling (SendGrid).
- Membership and course delivery (Kajabi).
- Video hosting (Wistia, YouTube) for the recorded practices and short videos embedded on the site.
- Analytics, when enabled. We use privacy-preserving defaults and only set non-essential cookies after you accept them.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the practice. Any successor would be bound by the commitments in this policy.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses a small number of essential cookies (for example, to remember your cookie consent and to keep the booking modal working) and, with your permission, additional analytics cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies at any time using the in-page cookie banner or your browser settings.
We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals, but we set the privacy-preserving default for any non-essential tracking until you explicitly opt in.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you share with us, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of the third-party services we rely on. No online transmission or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Sensitive health and somatic information you share in your application is stored only as long as necessary to support our work together and to meet our recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any recordkeeping obligations we are required to meet.
- Unsubscribe from non-transactional emails using the link at the bottom of any newsletter.
- Adjust your cookie preferences using the in-page cookie banner.
If you live in a U.S. state with specific privacy rights (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, or Virginia), or in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under those laws. To exercise any of them, email us at dayana@dayana.io. We will respond within the time required by law.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time as the practice and the technology behind it evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page tells you when the most recent change was made. Material changes will be announced clearly on the site.
