What we offer

Dayana, Inc. provides somatic education and wellness services rooted in the Feldenkrais Method®, breath work, energy medicine (Reiki), breathwork, and related awareness practices. Services are delivered:

• In person at our studio at 16 N. Franklin St., Suite 201, Doylestown, PA 18901;
• Virtually by video conference for clients located outside our area;
• Through ONE, our online membership program with twice-monthly live group practices and a growing library of recorded sessions.

Booking and applications

When you submit an application or booking request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old. We will review your application and reach out to schedule a session if we believe we are a good fit. We reserve the right to decline to work with anyone for any lawful reason.

Payment, no refunds, and rescheduling

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on individual sessions, ONE membership subscriptions, course bundles, or any digital product purchased through the site or our partner platforms. By completing a purchase or starting a subscription, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

If you cannot make a scheduled session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, may be charged in full at our discretion.

The ONE membership is billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused time, partial billing periods, or content you did not view.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide honest information about your health, history, and reasons for seeking support.
• Tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or limitations that could affect your participation.
• Show up to scheduled sessions on time and ready to engage at the pace that feels right for your body.
• Use the site, the services, and any membership content for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Respect the privacy of fellow members in any group practice or community space.

You agree not to:

• Share your membership login credentials or content access with anyone else.
• Record, redistribute, or repost recorded sessions or downloadable practices without our written permission.
• Use the site or services in a way that is illegal, harmful, or that interferes with others using them.

Intellectual property

All content on dayana.io and inside the ONE membership (text, images, video, audio, course materials, downloadable practices, and the design of the site) is owned by Dayana, Inc. or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this content for your own practice. All other rights are reserved.

Our services and content are educational. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dayana, Inc., Dayana Pereira, and our affiliates, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the site, the services, or any content we publish. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so this section may not apply to you in full.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to third-party websites and services (Kajabi, Wistia, YouTube, Insight Timer, Daily OM, partner affiliate links). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.

Affiliate disclosure

Some product and book recommendations on this site are affiliate links. If you purchase through them, the practice may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend things Dayana Pereira has actually used or read.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page tells you when the most recent change was made. Continued use of the site or services after the date of any change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the services will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
