The core of the work. Gentle, awareness-based movement that re-educates the brain–body system. You lie on a table or move slowly on the floor. It looks like nothing is happening. Everything is happening.

Breathwork
Conscious breath as the most direct line into the nervous system. Used as both a regulator and an opening — for the day, for the session, for what comes next.

Integrated Bodywork
Hands-on work that listens before it touches. Massage and somatic facilitation woven together for when the body needs to be met, not adjusted.

Reiki & Energy Medicine
For the layer underneath the layer. Subtle, restful, often the most surprising part of the work. Available in sessions and at distance.

YOUR PRACTITIONER
Dayana Pereira
Dayana was born and raised in Uruguay, South America, where she discovered the Feldenkrais Method at the age of 20. This discovery was a turning point in her life — it sparked a deep passion for understanding how the body moves, heals, and transforms.
In 2004, Dayana moved to the United States to pursue her calling. She immersed herself in studies across a wide range of healing modalities, from massage therapy and bodywork to energy medicine and mindfulness practices.
In 2009, Dayana became a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, completing an intensive four-year training program. She continued her education in therapeutic massage, Reiki (eventually becoming a Reiki Master), NLP, breathwork, and strength & conditioning.
